Product Details

Storefront Chronology is our first full theme in over a year and has proved to be worth the wait. It is a shining example of our new way to code themes. Solid code, and made the way WordPress intended, with special features put into a plugin for maximum compatibility should you choose to change themes.

The "roots" of Chronology was based on  _s (http://underscores.me). This means that you get a solid theme that is built on HTML5 and contains everything a standard WordPress theme needs. Then we styled it to be a responsive theme to any device.

Finally, we added some great features like the masonry plugin (built into WordPress) and the unique flip transition on product images for CSS3 browsers. It also degrades gracefully in older browsers like IE.

One more thing: This theme is also new in that our branding is nowhere to be found because we've removed the theme options panel! We now use the Theme Customizer for everything!
